Absolutely disgusting and dirty inside. A few bugs crawling around the sugar station. Horrible customer service, on top of that, we waited 15 mins for 2 drinks. Not one apology. And they weren’t made right, super watery. I dunno what happened buuuuuut yikes dudes

A friendly staff to serve you. A nice place to relax, enjoy the music and taste the great coffee beans.

Only about the wifi and facilities, the internet is extremely slow, can't open video, text & image only. If you want to hold a meeting online, back off. Nice couch and not that noisy background music. Parking area smiles like Septic tank, first time here（Friday）, not sure if it always like that.

Employees at drive thru are very positive and have patience I love them

I come here all the time to get coffee since it's by my house but this place always finds a way to screw up my order. They either forget an item or give me the wrong drink. Then always say "oh we didnt hear that" or "did you actually order before you came to the window?". It's so rude but they do make better drinks than most starbucks I've been to.

Usually baristas don't interact with customers, but as I was waiting for my mobile order the barista asked what was my drink and checked on it. Love it when they don't ignore customers.

Place is okay, just took a while before they finished my mobile order drink.

Good service

Looks busy from the outside (full parking lot), but place was empty when you get inside. Service was mediocre. No one smiled when I came in the morning. Cafe was dirty and walls were dusty. My drink was made wrong, but no apology when mentioned. Just quickly dumped and remade. Please go to other locations where customer service is actually valued.

Very comfortable shaded outdoor seating. Tranquil and relaxing.

The below was my order 😀 I hope the barista got embarrsed by seeing my order 😂 somehow I got the best one ☝️ the white mocha sauce and ristretto added taste to it 😋 the ambience was very tidy and well maintained, I did received that peace after entering the store ☺️

I come here all the time but lately it's been hit or miss with the way they make their drinks. An example...their iced vanilla lattes sometimes are just right with a bit of bitterness from the expresso shots and other times it is way too sweet from having too much vanilla. Today, I just had an espresso frappuccino and it wasn't even that cold. It's supposed to be a bit frozen. Seems like it was left out to liquify. It's as if they forgot to blend it with ice. They also put way too much syrup or whatever it is because it was too sweet. I took three sips and tossed the whole venti cup away.

It's a lovely place to go and kill sometime. Parking is always enough IF you are okay with traffic noise as there's a traffic signal right opposite to it.

Great crew of people. Fast service, nice people, WiFi, outside and indoor seating, and a good quality product. Easy to access off the freeway and a Chevron station next door if you need a little gas also.

This starbucks is very fast with there services. And the staff is friendly and energetic.

Today I went at around 11:30 through drive through and had a great expierience. The barista that helped me was very sweet and very helpful when I asked a few questions about the new zombie drink. I did not catch her name but I seen that she had a little red or pink in her hair. Keep up the great work, you put a smile on mine and my sisters face today. Thank you!

Took forever to get our two drinks and she didn't apply the happy hour discount until we asked.

I always use the drive thru. When I am.passing by thru Milpitas. The staff is always Fast and friendly service.

Wow busy place. I placed my order for a classic oatmeal at 7 15 am and waited and waited. I got it ten mins later. I opened it and what did I find, I had basically waited ten minutes for a cup of hot water. Not waiting to waste much more of my time, walked back up and headed to them and said " thank you but n thank you for this hot water." Not wanting to waste more time, I just simply turned around and walked out. Not sure if should try them again in the future. Heads up be sure you plan for extra time here. Clearly 3 barista plus one are enough to handle orders.

Drive in directions are really bad. Also, the lady screwed up orders. We had multiple issues.

My go to Starbucks when I'm heading to work. I always do mobile order when I'm on 237 and by the time I exit Dixon landings and enter the store it's always ready. I never have to wait. The staff here is really nice and always smiling. They keep it pretty clean too. My drinks are pretty consistent and I'm always satisfied. I occasionally order hot sandwiches and they always are hot and tasty. Will continue to come back here.

Long line at the drive thru ,wait is long just for coffee ,services was not bad coffee that was made was descent.

S-L-O-W! Only had 1 person making drinks for mobile, drive thru and counter! Waited over 20 minutes for a Cold Brew! Literally ice and pour the coffee in and your done! 20 minutes!

Dropped in to grab two coffees; it took 12 minutes! No one else in there or in the drive thru. No mobile orders backed up eithee. Not sure why it took so long, but was a disappointment.

Lacking in coffee knowledge

So for chains I usually give 3, maybe 4 if they are amazing. This Starbucks was sub par compared to my more frequented starbucks locations. The service was really slow even with a bunch of staff. But it seems that the staff really focuses on the Drive through, not the people inside. Sad especially since there was a decent amount of people inside. It took about 20 mins to get our order placed and received inside. Slowest Starbucks for it not even being that busy.

Great ambience if you want to just sit back and read a book. Although, you don't get called on for collecting your order - keep checking once you place an order.

Good location. Next to 880 and a gas station. Usually it's not crowded at least on weekdays

They are not consistent in making the chai tea latte. sometime it taste like water.

Convenient location near gas station/car wash with easy access on and off the freeway. Drive through was crowded the day we went, walk in service much faster I am sure.
